He graduated from the Higher Institute of Arts, majoring in painting. His excellent property management skills prevented him from pursuing a career in painting, but in 1993, he became a co-founder and partner of the “INF 93” agency, where he continues to work today. During his 30 years in this agency, he has completed thousands of property leases of various types, as well as many property sales and purchases. His specialty is the trust that Albanian and foreign clients place in him, as he serves them with integrity and professionalism. The fact is that many employees of foreign embassies in Albania, including many ambassadors, have rented properties offered by Mr. Albenc Sila. Likewise, many foreign directors or employees in banks, or in foreign organizations or associations. Mention should also be made of the many Albanian clients, individuals, physical or legal persons, who have hired the services of Mr. Albenc Sila.
