Just as Stonehenge captures the movements of the sun, the design frames the sunset, blending warm and natural tones with the environment. This connection emphasizes harmony with nature, creating a space where the sunset is celebrated and appreciated every day. The color palette is dominated by natural tones, reflecting the landscape of Palasë. Shades of green and brown represent the lush vegetation and rugged terrain, while lighter shades of blue and gray reflect the vast sky and sea, blending in harmony with the environment.

The project offers 3 squares that are scattered throughout the site, designed to serve as gathering centers for people and to facilitate the organization of various events. On September 21, the sun sets directly in line with the axis of the buildings, creating a fascinating interplay of light and shadow between them. A natural, sloping promenade with stunning sea views. This location offers an optimal vantage point, displaying panoramic views of the majestic mountains on one side and the calm sea on the other. Between the three squares, a landscaped area facilitates different modes of movement, providing pedestrian access to the commercial spaces in the center. The residential area features a ring access system, improving connectivity and maintaining a continuous flow of traffic. While underground roads for vehicles ensure that they do not disrupt the surrounding environment.

The residence is located on a land area of 98,988 m2, with a total building area of 88,780 m2 and public spaces of about 73%. It is divided into residences, villas, hotels, spaces for sports activities, etc.
